This policy outlines how SparkleMySkin LLC manages shipping, returns, and refunds for purchases made through www.sparklemyskin.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order and Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and shipping method. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we cannot redirect packages once they are in transit. If an incorrect address is provided, the package may be returned to us, and you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. SparkleMySkin LLC is not liable for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information.
Processing and Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed within one to three business days. Delivery times vary based on location, but most orders arrive within four to seven business days after shipping. Orders placed during peak seasons or holidays may take longer to process. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by external factors such as postal service disruptions or weather conditions are beyond our control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are determined at checkout based on order value and location. Occasionally, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website.
International Shipping, Taxes, and Customs

Returns and Refunds
To request a return, contact us at support@sparklemyskin.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method. SparkleMySkin LLC is not responsible for lost return shipments. We reserve the right to approve or deny returns based on the following conditions
- The request is made after 30 days
- The item has been used or damaged by the customer
- The return is incomplete or missing original packaging
- The request appears fraudulent or excessive
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, notify us at support@sparklemyskin.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide a description and photos of the issue. We will review the claim and provide a return shipping label if necessary. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or replacement.
